Waypoint Automation Services is led by its Principal, Cameron Kriss, who brings close to 20 years of experience in the automation industry. With a background built on extensive time working on the vendor side, Cameron has delivered complex automation solutions across a range of industries and project environments.

Throughout his career, he has held key roles spanning installation, commissioning, system integration, testing, and project management. This broad, hands-on experience provides a deep understanding of how automation projects are delivered in practice — from both a technical and operational perspective.

As a principal-led consultancy, clients work directly with Cameron, ensuring consistent, experienced oversight across all stages of delivery. Having worked within vendor organisations, he understands the pressures, constraints, and commercial drivers that influence project outcomes, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between clients and suppliers.
